Aura Reality is building the next generation of medical-aesthetic and health intelligence technologies.
We combine advanced imaging hardware, AI-enabled software, and evolving health data capabilities to help clinicians and consumers better understand, measure, and improve aesthetic and wellbeing outcomes.
We are not improving an existing category — we are creating a new one.
To scale this globally, we are hiring a Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market Manager who sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role is the operational link between global ambition and local market reality.
You will work closely with international sales teams to design go-to-market strategies, support new market entries, and coordinate product launches across regions. You turn commercial plans into execution-ready frameworks that drive revenue growth globally.
THIS IS YOU
- 4–6 years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or management consulting with a commercial focus
- Highly analytical, with experience building models from scratch (pipeline, pricing, market sizing, channel economics)
- Strong understanding of how sales organisations operate in real markets
- Experience working across multiple countries or international teams
- Ability to move fast while maintaining structure and rigour
- Strong ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions and narratives
- Experience supporting go-to-market planning, commercial execution, or product launches
- Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and sales leaders
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-growing environments
