Aura Reality is shaping the next generation of medical-aesthetic and health intelligence technologies.

We combine advanced imaging hardware, AI-enabled software, and evolving health data capabilities to build a platform that helps clinicians and patients better understand, measure, and improve aesthetic and wellbeing outcomes.

Our roadmap expands in stages, evolving from high-precision aesthetic insights to broader, longitudinal health intelligence.

As we scale globally, we are hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to build and own the systems behind our commercial engine.

This is a hands-on builder role focused on HubSpot, AI agents, and the broader GTM stack across marketing, sales, and customer success. You will own systems architecture, automations, integrations, and AI execution — partnering directly with global commercial, product, and engineering teams.

THIS IS YOU

• Hands-on builder with experience shipping real systems (automations, dashboards, internal tools, agents)
• Strong business acumen with deep understanding of sales funnels, marketing, and post-sale delivery
• AI-native mindset (LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt design, evals)
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Ability to connect technical systems with commercial impact (pipeline, conversion, retention)
• Structured thinker with strong ownership mentality
• Comfortable collaborating across global teams (Sales, CS, Product, Engineering)

Strong signal backgrounds:

• Sales Engineers / Solutions Architects moving closer to building
• RevOps / Marketing Ops profiles who learned to code
• Engineers who prefer building revenue-impacting systems over pure infrastructure

• Building pipeline generation systems (enrichment, ICP scoring, automated outreach)
• Creating AI-driven “deal intelligence” (real-time insights, coaching, loss analysis)
