As Product Marketing Manager, you will help position these capabilities as one powerful construction technology ecosystem.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with a creative, hands-on approach to bring innovative solutions to market. In this role, you will drive Product and Solution Marketing by translating technical innovation into compelling commercial value. You will lead go-to-market strategies that shift the focus from features to solution value, productivity enablement, and ecosystem impact, while empowering sales teams, customers, and partners with the tools and messaging they need to succeed.

  • Lead solution-driven go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and integrated solutions, ensuring scalable and repeatable launch excellence
  • Develop scalable launch playbooks, internal readiness plans, and processes to efficiently execute and scale product launches
  • Define and evolve product and solution positioning, clearly articulating customer value, differentiation, and business impact
  • Bridge technical and commercial perspectives, transforming complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging and use cases
  • Shift from product features to ecosystem value, highlighting connected workflows, productivity gains, and end-to-end construction solutions
  • Enable customers and partners with high-quality content, tools, and programs that emphasise availability, service, support, and long-term value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, R&D, sales, and global marketing to bring innovations successfully to market
  • Develop sales and partner enablement assets by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused messaging and marketing content, including playbooks, training, presentations, and solution narratives
  • Drive product launches and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and strong market adoption globally and regionally
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to understand needs, behaviors, and market dynamics
  • Measure and optimise go-to-market performance, using insights and feedback to continuously improve impact
  • Support and equip regional teams to position and present our solutions consistently and effectively at industry events, customer engagements, and partner interactions

This is you

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role in B2B technology environments
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or STEM fields
  • Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Commercial background or experience is a plus
  • Experience working closely with sales organisations and distribution partners
  • Strong ability to translate technical products into commercial value propositions and solution narratives
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using market insights and data to drive decisions
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Pardot, digital marketing and automation tools (Google Analytics, SEA, SEM, META Ads and LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to create full-funnel marketing programs (web, video, digital campaigns, email, brochures and other sales enablement tools…)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across global cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in construction technology, machine control, geospatial solutions, or industrial technology is an advantage
