Job Description

About us

At Hexagon, we do not just measure the world – we define its future. As the global leader in measurement technologies, we provide the confidence that vital industries rely on to build, navigate, and innovate. From microns to Mars, our solutions drive productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability across aerospace, agriculture, automotive, construction, manufacturing, and mining. Yet measurement is only the beginning. We bridge the physical and digital worlds with cutting-edge metrology, reality capture, and positioning solutions – making industries and cities safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, has been a pioneer in measurement technology for more than 200 years. Our solutions capture, measure, and visualise the physical world, enabling customers across construction, infrastructure, and geospatial industries to make smarter decisions and improve productivity.

Join us in shaping the future of digital construction and machine automation.

About the role

Were you always fascinated by big machines, construction technology, and the people who build the world around us? Do you want to help position a leading construction technology portfolio that combines machine control, digital solutions, and safety awareness into one connected ecosystem? Then this role might be for you.

We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager who can connect creative thinking with commercial impact and execution. In this role, you will lead integrated marketing programs across Europe, driving solution-led positioning, articulating customer value, and shaping ecosystem narratives, while equipping sales teams and partners with high-impact programs across digital channels, marketing automation, and sales enablement.

At Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, our Machine Control Division delivers integrated construction solutions that enhance productivity, improve safety, and enable smarter, more connected job sites. From machine control to digital workflows and safety awareness technologies, we empower contractors and partners to build more efficiently and sustainably.

Working closely with product marketing, sales teams, dealers, and global marketing colleagues, you will execute marketing programs that generate opportunities, strengthen partner engagement, and support sales across Europe. This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen in a fast-moving, technology-driven construction environment.

This appeals to you

  • Own the European marketing strategy and prioritisation, aligning regional initiatives with global product strategy, business goals, and revenue targets
  • Drive solution-led marketing by translating product capabilities into customer-centric value propositions across machine control, digital construction solutions, and safety technologies
  • Bridge technical and commercial perspectives, transforming complex product documentation into compelling, market-ready messaging and campaigns
  • Shift from product features to ecosystem value, positioning integrated construction workflows, productivity gains, and end-to-end solutions
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned with the customer journey across digital channels, events, partner ecosystems, and dealer networks
  • Strengthen Product & Solution Marketing in the region, ensuring alignment with global strategy while avoiding overlap with purely regional functions
  • Enable sales teams and the dealer network with high-quality marketing assets, tools, and campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline
  • Lead European event strategy, ensuring strong solution positioning, brand presence, and measurable business outcomes
  • Leverage marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot) to execute and optimise campaigns, lead nurturing, and engagement programs
  • Conduct customer and persona insights, understanding how construction professionals adopt technology and where solutions create measurable value
  • Own and monitor marketing performance and budget spend, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while continuously improving effectiveness and commercial impact

This is you

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with strong exposure in campaign management, marketing operations, or field marketing
  • Proven ability to translate technical products into commercial value propositions and market narratives
  • Experience in solution-based or ecosystem-driven marketing, ideally in construction technology, industrial tech, or similar industries
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or comparable marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including digital campaigns (LinkedIn, META, SEA/SEM), content, and sales enablement
  • Experience working with partners, dealer networks, or indirect sales channels
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of global product strategy and regional execution
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing assets and narratives (Adobe Creative Suite experience – user level)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable marketing improvements
  • Experience in budget planning and management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI
  • Proficiency in building and managing marketing dashboards and performance reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, or similar tools)
  • Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus

Why join us
