Role Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined and execution-focused Project Delivery Manager - IMS to orchestrate the end-to-end delivery process across the Integrated Machine Systems (IMS) value stream.
This role is responsible for driving alignment, accountability, and execution across cross-functional teams—ensuring projects move from order intake through to release to logistics in a predictable, timely manner.
You will operate at the center of delivery, owning timelines, identifying risks early, and proactively driving resolution, all while influencing teams without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Orchestration Across the Value Stream
- Coordinate with order management, pre-sales, engineering teams, production, and regional commercial teams to ensure all elements of delivery are aligned and progressing.
- Act as the central point of coordination for all IMS project delivery activities
- Understand of value-stream constraints and capacity, re-prioritizing based on leadership and product management input
- Drive cross-functional accountability to ensure commitments are met
2. Timeline Ownership & Release Management
- Build, manage, and continuously update project timelines from order intake through to release to logistics
- Ensure all prerequisites for project release are completed on time
- Drive adherence to delivery schedules and escalate when timelines are at risk
3. Regional Coordination & Handoff
- Partner with regional project teams to coordinate project readiness and release timing
- Proactive communication with regional commercial and projects teams
- Ensure seamless handoff from internal delivery to regional execution teams
- Align delivery schedules with regional capacity and customer commitments
4. Risk Identification & Escalation
- Proactively identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and delays across the value stream
- Clearly communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans to leadership and regional stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional resolution of issues impacting delivery timelines
5. Forecast Alignment & Stakeholder Communication
- Represent IMS in regional forecast and planning calls
- Provide clear, data-driven updates on delivery timelines and order release expectations
- Help manage stakeholder expectations regarding what can be delivered within the quarter
6. Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Act as the process owner for IMS delivery, ensuring consistency and clarity in how projects move through the system
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and breakdowns in the delivery process
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase predictability, speed, and accountability

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in project management, delivery coordination, or operations in a technical or industrial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and able to influence, align, and hold teams accountable
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, industrial technology, or similar environments is preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Asana, MS Project, or similar) is an asset
- Bilingual English and Spanish language is an asset.
