About us
Aura Reality, part of Hexagon, is shaping the next generation of medical-aesthetic and health intelligence technologies.
We combine advanced imaging hardware, AI-enabled software, and evolving health data capabilities to build a platform that helps clinicians and consumers better understand, measure, and improve aesthetic and wellbeing outcomes.
Our roadmap expands in stages — Face → Body → Health, evolving from high-precision aesthetic insights to broader, longitudinal health intelligence.
We are driven by curiosity, rigor, and innovation, grounded in the belief that the future of wellbeing will be proactive, data-informed, and deeply human.
We are not incrementally improving an industry — we are creating a new space within it!
Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Legal & Compliance Manager to own day-to-day legal and compliance matters for a fast-growing, international technology company operating across Europe and the US.
This is a high-impact, in-house role for a pragmatic legal professional who enjoys working close to the business, enabling growth, and solving problems rather than building bureaucracy. You’ll partner closely with Product, Commercial, Finance and senior leadership, with support from external counsel when needed.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage commercial contracts across customers, partners, distributors and vendors
- Lead practical, risk-based compliance across data protection, privacy, product and go-to-market activities
- Support product development and launches with clear, business-oriented legal guidance
- Act as the first line of defense: identify risks early, propose workable solutions, and keep the business moving
- Coordinate and brief external counsel (Europe and US) when specialist input is required
- Draft, standardize and continuously improve contract templates, playbooks and internal guidance
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable advice for non-legal teams
What we’re looking for
- 5–8 years of legal experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house roles
- Strong exposure to international business, particularly Europe and the US
- Solid understanding of US legal frameworks (commercial contracts, data/privacy, liability); US Bar qualification a plus
- Experience in health, life sciences or other regulated environments is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in technology environments (hardware + software)
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset — commercial, fast, and business-focused rather than policy-driven
- Based in Europe, ideally Switzerland (Zurich preferred)
