The Product Specialist, within the Machine Control Division, serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for a specific product line or solution (e.g., MC1, iCON). The role focuses on supporting the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing support of assigned products.
Reporting to the Product Specialist Manager for the Machine Control team and working closely with the Field Support Representative (FSR) team, Training team, and other internal stakeholders, this position provides advanced product expertise, supports installations, case resolution, and contributes to training development, product testing, and release activities related to their specialty.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for an assigned product line or solution
- Provide specialized internal support to Field Support Representative (FSR)
- Assist with complex cases, installations, and solution troubleshooting
- Support dealer solution configuration and quoting activities
- Work with the Training Team to develop advanced and specialty-focused training content
- Assist in teaching training classes when required
- Collaborate with the Product Team on product improvements and feedback
- Participate in testing and validation activities for new releases related to assigned products
- Support internal communication of product updates, workflows, and best practices
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5+ years of experience in the heavy construction industry with a focus in: Construction technology, software, CAD, survey, or similar
- Site operations, machine control, or field implementation
- Proven ability to create and maintain professional technical documentation
- Experience with machine control or positioning technologies
- Experience supporting technology implementations in mixed fleet environments
- Familiarity with heavy construction equipment and workflows
- Experience with construction applications (e.g., paving, earthmoving)
- Experience with adjacent industries such as mining or landfill operations is a plus
