Robotics Intern (f/m/d) ML for Locomotion & Manipulation

As Robotics Intern, you will build training and evaluation pipelines for locomotion and manipulation controllers, run experiments in simulation and on real robots, and analyze policy performance through ablation studies and benchmarking. You’ll work closely with our research and engineering teams to improve training processes and methodologies.

Your Mission

  • Develop training and evaluation pipelines for locomotion / manipulation controllers
  • Design and carry out experiments (in simulation and on robots) and ablation studies to analyze and better understand our policy models
  • Evaluate and benchmark policy performance using both simulation and real-world results
  • Collaborate with our research and engineering teams to improve robotics training processes and methodologies

Your Skillset

  • Studying or recently graduated in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Good command of Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, Tensorflow or JAX.
  • Prior experience with robotics simulators and RL libraries for robotics (IsaacLab, Mujoco, Robosuite,…)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to tackle complex, real-world challenge
