We are looking for a Central Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our Scanning & Reality Capture products and services. In this Central Customer Support Specialist role you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures. Regional headquarters are located in Atlanta, but the position can be remote from anywhere in the US or Canada.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from dealers and customers and troubleshoot technical issues with Leica Reality Capture & Scanning products or services.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issue and provide solutions.
- Guide customers to available digital documentation to resolve customers technical issues.
- Detailed documentation of call conversations in our CRM database.
- Identify and prioritize documentation needs to supplement existing knowledgebase articles.
- Create short screen capture videos and documents for self-help support on our knowledgebase.
Desired Skills
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience using and supporting Leica Scanning & Reality Capture products
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Manage frequent inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor’s degree, and/or degree from a vocational or technical school
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to prioritize workload
- Ability to work in established team environment
- Reality Capture & Scanning experience including construction layout, surveying & AutoCAD
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
