The Position: Reporting to the General Manager SEA we are seeking an Account Manager based in Jarkata. This role will see you join our APAC sales team, in a position pivotal to our strategic growth; your aim will be to become a trusted partner of our customers, providing technological solutions which meet their demands of safety, continuous improvement and production efficiencies. In addition to delivering overall commercial success of your assigned customer accounts, in this position you will be expected to;

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers within an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Anticipate and understand customer needs, aspirations, and challenges to provide strategic solutions that drive long-term value for their operations
  • Identify new business opportunities for Hexagon within the account, and engagement of appropriate Business Development and other resources to mature and close the opportunity.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to align their future needs with Hexagon's solution roadmaps, ensuring continuous value realization and optimization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise to recognize business problems and bridge the gap to offer innovative solutions
  • Engage and coordinate regional and global experts to provide best practices, insights, and support that maximize the value customers derive from Hexagon solutions.

As part of a globally distributed team, this role requires a high level of autonomy and self-direction. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, manage priorities, and drive initiatives independently while collaborating across time zones and cultures

About you

If you are an experienced Sales, Business development or professional from the mining production environment looking for an opportunity to take your expertise into a growing region we want to hear from you!

In addition we are seeking those with the following skills or attributes;

  • Background in Mining Operational Technologies, ideally in production OT environments
  • Experience in an Account Management, Customer Engagement or similar customer facing role
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding growth metrics or targets
  • Ability to be customer focused, solution orientated as a proactive problem solver
  • High attention to detail across business capture, process compliance and CRM integrity
  • Ability to build cohesive relations to listen and navigate complex sales campaigns
  • Passionate about mining and depth of industry sector knowledge
  • Ability to be agile and future focused to grow trust and long-term relations.
  • Valid working rights pertaining to Indonesian law
