Summary
As a Sales Operations Analyst for HxDR, a Hexagon company, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This position requires a detail-oriented and results-driven professional who can effectively support the team with reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
This position will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Channel Management, and will be a vital contributor to our field team, helping to enhance performance, streamline operations, and supporting the continued expansion of our business. This is a remote role with preference given to those in California.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
- Analyze and improve sales processes to boost efficiency and help implement new sales programs and tools.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform sales strategy and assist in setting sales goals.
- Work with other departments like marketing, finance, and IT to align sales goals and processes.
- Evaluate sales representative performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on products and processes.
- Ensure data accuracy within the customer relationship management (CRM) system and support sales compensation programs.
Desired Skills
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred, and an MBA with a focus on business analytics can be advantageous.
- 2-5 Years working experience with Salesforce experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, and proficiency with tools like CRM systems and potentially SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and work effectively with different teams.
- Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop actionable solutions.
- Skilled in strategic planning and process development to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency
- Proven capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure environments and adjust to shifting priorities.
