Job Description
People Partner Sweden
Are you driven by the idea of making a meaningful difference in the workplace? Do you see HR not just as a function, but as a strategic force that shapes culture, drives performance, and connects people to purpose? If so, we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced People Partner to lead our HR efforts in Sweden. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the trusted advisor to our local leaders, the voice of our people, and the bridge between global HR strategy and local execution.
As our People Partner Sweden, you’ll be the go-to expert for all HR-related matters in the country. You’ll work closely with business leaders to align people initiatives with strategic goals, while also delivering hands-on support across the employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to leadership development, team workshops, life-phase conversations, and contract changes.
You’ll lead the local implementation of our global People strategy, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of our Swedish organization. This includes everything from talent management and performance development to employee engagement and organizational culture. You’ll also collaborate with our global Centers of Excellence in areas like Learning & Culture, Talent & Succession, Total Rewards, and People Analytics.
A key part of your role will be managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with Swedish labor laws. You’ll handle sensitive cases, work with unions and employee representatives, and act as a trusted partner to leaders at all levels. You’ll also oversee payroll processes in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong HR foundation — ideally with at least five years of experience in a multinational or matrixed organization. You bring deep knowledge of local labor laws, a proven track record in employee relations, and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business. You’re resilient, self-aware, and act with integrity.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, as is a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience with HCM systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, as is exposure to change management and cross-functional collaboration.
Apply now using this link and upload your CV and covering letter in English and become part of our journey.
Interviews will be held as and when relevant candidates apply. All applications are treated as fully confidential.
