SUMMARY

This Inside Sales Representative is pivotal in expanding Aura’s presence across the U.S. This position will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, guiding clinic owners and medical professionals through the value of Aura and assisting them in taking the next step towards enhancing their practices. This is a remote position preferably in the Central or Eastern time zone.

Desired Skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle and convert inbound and outbound qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls, virtual demos, and sales follow-ups.
  • Create relationships with potential customers, or leads, to cultivate new business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to hit conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging based on feedback.
  • Provide feedback to product and sales ops teams to improve the conversion funnel.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience in high ticket SaaS sales, preferably in a B2B setting,
ideally within the health sector.
  • Experience in the health or wellness space is a plus, but not essential
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES:
  • Proven ability to close deals remotely using data-driven methods
(via Zoom, phone, email).
  • Proficient with CRM tools, with mandatory experience in Salesforce.
  • Driven, structured, and an effective communicator.
  • Confident in challenging customers and pushing for the close.
  • Native English speaker; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position operates from a remote home office.
COMPENSATION
  • Salary: $60K - 70K plus commission
