We are looking for an Account Manager to manage major automotive and aerospace accounts in Sweden. This role requires a strategic mindset to grow sales, build strong customer relationships, and drive new business opportunities. You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, focusing on understanding customer needs and promoting Hexagon’s full product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive domain and a strong network within the industry. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 8 key automotive and aerospace accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and driving growth.
  • Grow sales and profitability by understanding customer investment plans and identifying pain points.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to promote Hexagon’s entire product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships from executive to working levels within customer organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer production processes to offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and product teams to ensure customer success.
  • Travel frequently to meet with customers, both locally and abroad (up to 60%).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the automotive domain.
  • Strong network in the automotive and aerospace industries.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients.
