What You’ll Do
As a Customer Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ETQ’s existing customers by driving engagement and adoption.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ETQ’s solutions to meet customer goals.
- Ensure customer success by working closely with support, implementation, and product teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and influence product development.
- Negotiate contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ETQ product enhancements to provide expert guidance to customers.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software).
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and align them with ETQ’s solutions.
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), compliance, or manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and renewal processes.
- Experience working in customer success teams within an enterprise software company.
