We are looking for an HRIS & Compensation Analyst to provide management and support to our Dayforce software platform for our Leica Geosystems U.S & Canada region. Dayforce is a single cloud application and is a critical component to the smooth operation of our North American organization. As we continue to grow, there may be additional Human Resource platforms that this position will support.
Summary
The HRIS & Compensation Analyst supports the design and implementation of bonus incentive tools and plans as well as supports the different systems used within Human Resources. The postholder is responsible for assessing the competitiveness of the company’s total rewards platform and identifying gaps as well as being responsible for implementation, enhancement and maintenance of HR systems while leveraging technology to improve various business processes within Human Resources.
This role is also responsible for helping establish pay bands and developing and implementing a compensation strategy that will attract and retain high-value talent as well as performing analysis of data from different HR systems, providing metrics and analytics to key HR stakeholders.
