Description:
Works closely with the Support & Service Manager to meet customer needs and expectations. Provide prompt, comprehensive, professional application & support services to RADAN’s existing customers. Responsible for the implementation of the various training, integration, and supported software plugins made available to RADAN end-users in a timely and professional manner.

    • Provide Technical Support services - 70%
      • Field General RADAN Questions
      • Laser & Punch Questions
      • Tier 1 Tube and Bending Questions
      • General Network and Setup Questions
      • RADAN/Radbend Installs
    • Provide Technical Expertise – 30%
      • Onsite Functional Training
      • Onsite Machine Integration
  • Secondary:
    • Report Modifications
    • Plugin Support
    • Machine Configuration and Post Installation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; BA or Technical Degre preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Highspeed internet connection
  • MS Office Suite
  • Possess advanced technical and software skills of product lines supported
  • Takes the initiative to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability follows all policies and procedures.
  • Ability to contribute to and actively promote a teamwork environment.
  • Communicates effectively to support organization and process change.
  • Shows conscientious attention to detail.

Skills

  • RADAN CAD/CAM, RadBend, RadTube
  • SOLIDWORKS, Solid Edge, Inventor, Creo
  • General programming and SQL skills

  • Practical sheet metal experience with laser, punch, tube cutting, and forming

  • ERP/MRP/MES

Physical Demands
