This is you
- Educational Background: Advanced education (FH) or university degree (BSc, MSc, PhD) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the industry.
- CAD Proficiency: Skilled in CAD software and PDM, with a preference for Siemens NX and TEAMCENTER
- System-Level Thinking: Ability to think across mechanical, electronic, electrical, and software disciplines.
- Production Knowledge: Extensive understanding of various production methods and assembly processes.
- GD&T Knowledge: Familiarity with GD&T (ISO GPS) is preferred.
- Supply Chain Insight: Understanding of supply chain processes from single part production to final product assembly.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willingness to take responsibility and demonstrate situational leadership.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; basic German skills are advantageous.
