As an Customer Support Expert, you will support our new Aura 3D Imaging System for the aesthetic industry

This appeals to you:

  • Be responsible for customer support and lead them to success
  • Build and shape the customer support processes
  • Represent Aura toward customer and distributors and organise trainings
  • Direct contract with customers, distributors on HW & Software requests and large group of people from various parts of the company. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Inform and train customers and distributors about new features and functionalities
  • Represent Aura on exhibitions

This is you:

  • You have 2 -3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role
  • You love High-Tech HW and SW solutions
  • You put the client needs first and have a healthy dose of empathy to fully understand their needs.
  • Multilingual (Fluent English + additional languages)
  • Strong communication written and oral
