Digital Marketing Manager / Sales Enablement (m/f/d)
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager, in Milton Keynes, to join our Marketing Team.
We rely on professional appearance, team spirit, can-do mentality, expertise and forward thinking. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive communications plan that reaches global audiences. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This appeals to you
• Set, track, analyse and report investments returns by digital channel / campaign.
• Track and optimise Customer Acquisition Costs by specific campaign and channels to prioritise
and optimise investments.
• Independently manage marketing campaigns on relevant channels / tools such as Google Ads,
Youtube, Meta Ads, online video campaigns, owning their set-up, tracking, optimization and
reporting.
• Define success metrics and assess them for each digital marketing campaign / initiative.
• Monitor results and dynamically adjust these campaigns to meet targets (and budget).
• Take a hands-on approach to plan and implement various digital marketing activities including
direct email campaigns, SEM, digital advertising, email nurturing, and amplifying social media
presence.
• Drive sales growth of Aura in the Aesthetic industry by collaborating hands-on with the sales team to generate leads and create targeted campaigns.
This is you
• 3-5 years in an international B2B Marketing in a field related to aesthetics or technology
• University degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field
• A data-driven thinker, comfortable with digital marketing technology (e.g. Social Media, content
marketing/automation, SEO/SEM and more)
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Understand the digital market landscape, know how SEM works, be
familiar with email marketing, content marketing, paid and organic social media marketing, digital
advertising via Google ads.
o Hands-on Content Creation: Proficiency in creating appealing content for various digital
platforms (blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, web content) that engages the
target audience. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premier Pro is of
advantage.
o Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools – CRM and marketing automation systems
like Salesforce and Pardot, digital marketing platforms, and social media tools
o Hands-on paid campaign set-up and execution on social channels and Google ads.
o Success measurement: Ability to analyze and interpret data using tools like Google
Analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Native or fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; other language skills are
beneficial
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to come up with fresh, innovative ideas to capture the audience's attention and drive
engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate “forward facing” communication skills, excellent written and verbal
communication skills are vital for content creation and stakeholder communication.
