We are looking for a Heerbrugg-based Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Team. If you're a marketing expert who thrives in the dynamic landscape aesthetics or beauty industry and has a knack for technology, you might be just who we're looking for.

Your tasks will be varied, with each day bringing an exciting work environment – from digitally generating leads and prospecting, to crafting digital marketing campaigns, generating rich content, and developing social media profiles. You'll also play a crucial role in nurturing new account opportunities. Cooperation with key internal stakeholders, such as the Sales Team, R&D, and Product Management, is also an integral part of the position.

  • Handcraft marketing plans grounded in strategic marketing and segmentation principles, pinpointing relevant target audiences, profiles, and needs.
  • Take a hands-on approach to plan and implement various digital marketing activities including direct email campaigns, SEM, digital advertising, email nurturing, and amplifying social media presence.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to craft testimonials and customer success stories.
  • Create engaging digital content for marketing campaigns that can span from articles, brochures, and flyers to social media posts and infographics.
  • Provide direct support to the sales team by equipping them with the necessary content and tools required to prospect and develop new business.
  • Attend and utilize Aura’s presence at events, fairs, and exhibitions to its fullest potential.
  • Support both internal & external marketing events in a hands-on manner.
  • Drive sales growth of Aura in the Aesthetic industry by collaborating hands-on with the sales team to generate leads and create targeted campaigns.

This is you

  • 3-6 years in an international B2B Marketing in a field related to aesthetics or technology
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field
  • A data-driven thinker, comfortable with digital marketing technology (e.g. Social Media, content marketing/automation, SEO/SEM and more)
  • Driving business-oriented, creative and well-researched marketing campaigns (awareness & lead generation)
  • Producing compelling content and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (strategy and implementation) that resonate with the aesthetic industry
  • Knowledge of industry trade publications, awards, and events
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Understand the digital market landscape, know how SEM works, be familiar with email marketing, content marketing, paid and organic social media marketing, digital advertising via Google ads.
  • Hands-on Content Creation: Proficiency in creating appealing content for various digital platforms (blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, web content) that engages the target audience. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premier Pro is of advantage
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools – CRM and marketing automation systems like Salesforce and Pardot, digital marketing platforms, and social media tools
  • Hands-on paid campaign set-up and execution on social channels and Google ads.
  • Success measurement: Ability to analyze and interpret data using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Native or fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are beneficial
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to come up with fresh, innovative ideas to capture the audience's attention and drive engagement.
  • Ability to demonstrate “forward facing” communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for content creation and stakeholder communication.
