Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust CI/CD frameworks and testing systems.
Develop scalable, maintainable code for core backend services.
Create tools and processes that enhance developer experience and code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and accelerate delivery.
You understand distributed systems beyond just writing code, demonstrate seniority by prioritizing system stability and monitoring, and have high proficiency in Shell scripting and Linux automation.

Who are you?

Backend Development (Java/Scala): Design and maintain scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Scala frameworks (Akka, Play). Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to architectural decisions.
Pipeline Engineering (CI/CD & Data): Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Automate build, test, and deployment processes. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Flink.
Test Framework & Quality Engineering: Lead development of an in-house test automation framework for integration, end-to-end, and performance testing. Embed quality practices into CI/CD pipelines and create tools that empower developers to write effective tests.
