As a Platform Adoption & Migration Specialist, you will help stabilize our platform business and drive adoption across customer segments. Your initial focus will be on ensuring smooth platform operations post-SaaS migrations, followed by accelerating customer onboarding and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize platform operations for stability and scalability.
Implement governance and performance monitoring frameworks.
Drive migration programs from legacy SaaS solutions to the platform.
Act as an expert on platform capabilities and adoption best practices.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on enablement materials.
Analyze usage patterns and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Represent the platform at industry events and customer forums.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in SaaS business operations, platform adoption, or technology business development.
Proven experience in SaaS migrations and business models.
Skilled in managing complex operational processes and adoption strategies.
Strong experience in customer engagement and positioning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Fluency in English.
