Identify data sources, gather/extract data (qualitative and quantitative), and use structured frameworks to answer business operations questions.
Do a deep dive into data sets and business requirements to Identify trends and patterns in data sets.
Build/develop automated data processing pipeline on AWS Cloud Technologies or RDBMS databases using ETL Tools, SQL Queries, or Python scripts.
Implement E2E development and deliverables of Key Projects using Analytics & Technical expertise. Seek Help as required with other mentors and peers.
Develop robust, automated, scalable data processing / ETL Jobs using Python / ETL tools.
Focus on Automating alerts, repairing failures, and maintaining code repository.
Develop robust data visualizations to distill complex topics using appropriate data presentation using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Splunk
Work on Continuous Deployment, Code Repository Maintenance, Unit Testing, and Bugs Fixing prior to deployment
Identify, and suggest opportunities for Improvement and code optimization.
Leverage the latest trends such as serverless data processing, data lake implementation with S3, Athena, Glue, etc

Who are you?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, BSC – IT, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant competencies
2-4 years, including relevant operations experience
Good Hands-On experience with data engineering tools/processes using Python Scripting, and Lambda Functions to build, develop, and implement automated robust data processing pipelines
Strong knowledge & good hands-on experience in writing medium–complex SQL queries & stored procedures
Good Hands-On experience with BI Tools such as Tableau / PowerBI to build visualizations
Knowledge of advanced analytics concepts such as Predictive, Forecasting, and Guided Analytics
Design and develop technical solutions to the complex Analytical use cases.
Extensive knowledge of databases such as AWS-Redshift, AWS-RDS
Good knowledge on AWS core services such as EC2, S3, VPC (Optional)

The Process System Engineer II role is part of Foundation Engineering.
