We offer the opportunity for an internship to work on recent location / spatial data technology. Join our team to support creating algorithms extracting comprehensive location data in Data Places Engineering Project and contribute to the creation of a seamless and user-friendly interactive map experience.

Responsibilities:

Website Analysis and Data Extraction Strategy creation
Source Metadata Preparation
Jupyter Notebook prototype development and testing
Data extraction and attributes analysis
Creating, testing, uploading scripts

Who are you?

You are a Software Engineer/GIS Science/Geoinformatics student enrolled in an EU University, who is willing to take on the challenge of joining an agile organization that is doing groundbreaking work in the world of Spatial Data, Location Platform and Automotive Grade Software. Moreover, you should bring along the following skills:

Desirable expertise in web scraping techniques to efficiently extract and process data
Python, JavaScript, and HTML knowledge
Jupyter Notebook, Scrapy, Git Repository and testing tools knowledge
Documenting and presenting your work
Open to learn new things, strengthen your software development skills
Strong communication skills & ready to work in a team
Very good English language skills, Polish is a plus
