What the job involves:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and NetSuite-savvy Field System & Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing all ERP transactions within NetSuite. This includes overseeing inventory, processing sales orders, and coordinating projects. We're looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and project management principles, coupled with NetSuite expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of NetSuite administration, including user setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Optimize stock availability by managing inventory levels, replenishment, and allocation.

  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, encompassing order entry, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.

  • Facilitate seamless order processing and fulfillment by collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, warehouse).

  • Utilize NetSuite for project management, including setup, budget tracking, and milestone monitoring.

  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials for NetSuite processes.

  • Coordinate scheduling for installations, repairs, and maintenance, effectively communicating with both subcontractors and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, sales order processing, and project management principles.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in NetSuite system administration, including user setup, configuration, and potentially customization.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
