About the Opportunity
The B2B Growth Marketing team drives adoption, engagement, and expansion across Grubhub’s B2B ecosystem, including Merchants, Corporate clients, Campus partners, and Drivers. This role focuses on helping customers successfully adopt Grubhub’s products and services and increase their ongoing investment on the platform.
This is a hybrid product marketing and growth role responsible for positioning products and services while developing campaigns, in-product experiences, and enablement programs that drive product adoption and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Engagement, and Analytics teams to bring growth initiatives to market and scale adoption across B2B audiences.
The Impact You Will Make
Support positioning and go-to-market execution for B2B products and services across Merchant, Corporate, Campus, and Driver audiences, translating product capabilities into clear customer value and adoption strategies.
Develop and launch campaigns that drive product adoption, engagement, and expansion, including onboarding initiatives, promotional participation programs, seasonal and event-based growth moments, and bundled offerings that encourage customers to increase usage of Grubhub solutions (like Promotions, Ads, etc.)
Lead the development of in-product education and adoption experiences, partnering with CRM Operations and Lifecycle teams to deliver contextual messaging, walkthroughs, and workflows that guide customers toward successful product usage.
Create external enablement materials that help Sales and Customer Engagement teams communicate product value and drive adoption with customers.
Identify opportunities to improve adoption through customer insights, performance data, and experimentation, building scalable programs that increase engagement and reduce friction across the customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to bring growth initiatives to market and drive measurable business impact.
What You Bring to the Table
3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
Experience supporting product launches or campaigns focused on adoption, engagement, or upsell.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and customer lifecycle marketing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Data-informed mindset with experience using insights to improve marketing performance.
Bonus Skills
Experience with in-product messaging platforms (e.g., Pendo).
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
Marketplace, SaaS, or platform growth experience.
Chicago Base Salary: $86,500 - $97,000.
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
