About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Ads Product team within our Consumer Product organization. In this role, you will drive the strategy and development of the Ads Personalization and Measurement product to enhance ad relevance, strengthen signal collection (integrating online/offline activities, building robust identity graphs across systems), and boost user engagement, revenue, and growth. You will be at the forefront of defining, communicating, and evolving core platform features and user experiences that foster consumer engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate has a solid technical product management background and deep expertise in Ads Products. You will need a solid understanding of data and experimentation methods to deliver impactful, industry-leading solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, from peer level to C-suite. This role requires collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional partners and a data-driven approach to product value creation. You will report directly to a Principal Product Manager.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Personalization and Relevance of Ads on Grubhub.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Search, Life Cycle, Commerce, and New Vertails, to develop and deliver high-impact ad offerings.

  • Manage large-scale projects through the entire lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization.

  • Launch and optimize user-facing features in high-growth markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

  • Evaluate and prioritize competing ideas and opportunities, driving consensus among stakeholders while focusing on overarching business priorities.

  • Gather and unearth business opportunities through research, data analysis, user experience analysis, competitive research, testing and experimentation.

  • Able to liaison between Product and non-technical/product partners to clearly explain complex product concepts in a simple language

  • Sets clear, quantitative measures for the product(s) and monitors process, progress, and results

  • Demonstrates strong writing and storytelling skills through product briefs, jira tickets, opportunity assessments, etc.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in digital Product Management or directly adjacent roles within an Agile environment.

  • Direct experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms supporting both web and native mobile application environments, A/B testing, and data analytics.

  • Data fluency and demonstrated data-driven decision-making abilities, with strong analytical and quantitative skills, utilizing data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, drive action, and monitor product health, including experience with SQL using queries, reports, and dashboards.

  • Deep technical understanding for your domain of product development, demonstrating an advanced understanding at the architecture and system levels.

  • Experience collaborating with C-level executives across various organizations such as technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance. Driving clarity through written and verbal communications

  • Work out loud to arrive at solutions collaboratively, leveraging the latest and greatest technologies available to quickly prototype and prove hypotheses

  • You thrive with ambiguity and create clarity from chaos through written and verbal communications

  • Lead with an ownership mentality, demonstrated through a track record not only of high-quality execution, but also of originating, evaluating, and building consensus around opportunities that drive business and customer impact. A proven ability to influence outcomes and people without direct reporting lines.

  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to create and maintain financial models

  • You inspire others to operate at a higher level through your own work and contributions to others

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York: $193,500 per year.

Illinois: $17400 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
