About The Opportunity
The Sr. Associate, B2B Performance Marketing role is an essential part of Grubhub’s growth strategy and sits within the B2B Marketing team. This role is focused on scaling our acquisition of drivers, merchants, and corporate clients through high-impact digital marketing.
You will lead full-funnel campaign execution across paid media (including search, social, programmatic, job boards, and affiliate), while owning and optimizing the B2B website experiences. In partnership with Logistics, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams, you'll align marketing strategy with business goals across key markets and ensure we are driving high-quality supply.
This position is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has a passion for scaling impact through experimentation and digital optimization.
The Impact You Will Make
Own and execute paid media campaigns across digital channels including paid search (Google and Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Linkedin), display, and recruitment media (e.g. Appcast, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
Build and optimize localized acquisition strategies to support growth in priority markets
Monitor and report on acquisition funnel performance to drive efficiency across cost per lead, conversion, and activation to leadership across Growth,Logistics, and Sales organizations
Partner with cross-functional teams) to align acquisition efforts with business needs and regional goals
Manage marketing operations tasks including campaign and asset strategy, landing page testing, tracking implementation, and vendor management
Explore new channels (e.g., influencer, programmatic, mobile-first platforms) to test and scale acquisition
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing with a focus on paid media and SEO
Hands-on experience running acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and job boards
Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing web properties or landing pages for conversion
Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and ROI
Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills

Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and job board media strategy
Knowledge of CMS tools, A/B testing frameworks, and mobile-first campaign development
Base Salary
New York: $96,000 - $108,000
Illinois: $86,500 - $97,000
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
