About the Rotational Program

Our two-year Rotational Development program offers recent graduates three 8-month rotations starting in June 2026, providing comprehensive hands-on experience across our analytics groups. You'll develop the specialized skills and strategic experience needed for high impact roles while working on meaningful business challenges. This program is designed for high-achieving graduates ready to accelerate their professional development in supply chain management.

About the role

The Senior Associate will drive insights to inform the strategic direction of the Growth team’s marketing investments, support ongoing tracking towards department-wide goals, and build reporting infrastructure to enable faster generation of insights. To achieve these objectives, you will also be responsible for supporting analytical projects focused on connectivity with business outcomes, automation, and behavioral analysis. Performing analytics that touches the entire consumer portfolio, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions impacting a significant portion of Grubhub’s business. Up to 5% travel expected, depending on location.

The ideal candidate will have not only strong quantitative qualifications, but also an ability to combine data-driven insights with conceptual thinking and a constant business-outcomes orientation. This role will require influence and coordination across multiple stakeholder groups at varying levels of the organization up to the executive levels. As such, exceptional communication and ability to synthesize analysis into clear and compelling narratives is a must. The ideal candidate should also have a proven ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will need to be able to establish a well-informed long term agenda, drive structured problem solving, while also remaining agile and resilient to new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consumer and business insights to develop strategies for delivering growth and profitability across the entire customer portfolio

  • Partner with Loyalty, CRM, Product, and Finance teams, amongst others, to identify growth opportunities, develop shared agendas, and drive meaningful in-market results

  • Apply sound, data-driven business judgment, weighing multiple factors, to determine and influence prioritization of marketing, pricing, and product investments across Grubhub

  • Deliver regular, executive-level reporting to continuously assess portfolio performance, highlight opportunities, understand competition, and influence senior leaders

  • Facilitate goal tracking to meet the organization’s KPIs

  • Innovate and continuously advance your analytic capabilities and infrastructure to drive actionable consumer insights through reinvention of reporting and monitoring, automation, standardization, and democratization of data

  • Support organization-wide decision-making utilizing not only quantitative dimensions but also by pairing it with strong conceptual problem solving, effectively synthesized into impactful, outcomes-oriented insights

The experience you have

  • Bachelor's Degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – May 2026

  • Academic background in STEM or other quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Finance, Statistics, Math, Science, etc.)

  • Experience using analytics and qualitative understanding of business drivers to enable and execute decision-making

  • Exhibited ability to direct and synthesize complex analysis and data into easily understandable, compelling, and actionable insights

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively influence various functional groups

  • Strong self-management / prioritization and influence capabilities

  • Proficiency with data analysis, visualization, and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.)

Base Salary: $96,000 per year.

Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
