About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support cross-functional projects across our organization. In this role, you will work closely with teams from Marketing, Product, Client Success, Sales, Operations, and more to help ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives such as go-to-market, business process optimization, and analytics. You’ll assist senior stakeholders with project planning, task tracking, progress reporting, and cross-team communication to drive momentum on key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain broad exposure and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of small to mid-size projects across multiple teams including Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Operations

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to gather updates, identify blockers, and maintain momentum on project timelines

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., campus partners, vendors) to schedule deliverables, follow-ups, and checkpoints

  • Assist with the execution of recurring tasks that support broader company KPIs

  • Maintain project plans and trackers, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and next steps

  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, take notes, and manage action items and follow-ups

  • Assist in preparing project summaries, recaps, and status reports for leadership

  • Ensure clear documentation and organization of all project-related materials

  • Support senior leaders with ad hoc coordination tasks and process improvements

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in project or program coordination, operations, or cross-functional support

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira)

The base salary range for this position is below:

New York: $88,000

Colorado: $79,200

Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
