As a Manager, Restaurant Success in the SMB Merchant Network, you'll oversee a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and be assigned to a region. You will play a crucial role in leading and supporting a team of account managers to achieve strategic objectives and foster strong client relationships.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers to ensure high performance, engagement, and career growth through coaching and ongoing feedback..
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in client service and achievement of goals.
Model creative thinking and problem-solving for the team, providing guidance and support in developing unique solutions.
Monitor team performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Serve as a supplemental, and sometimes key, point of contact for high-profile clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and effective communication.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business initiatives.
Act as a liaison between account managers and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
6-8 years of relevant work Sales process experience, 3 years of management/leadership experience is preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Native-level fluency in English is required. Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below, based on factors including geographic location.
Tempe: $57,500- $86,500 ($104,500 - $156,500 OTE range)
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
