We are looking for data-driven individuals who can execute effectively both by working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, production-focused environment to meet individual and team goals. A specialist should be able to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to collaborate with leadership on actionable solutions to improve workflows and drive the business forward. The Impact You Will Make

  • Review compliance of sales contract, ensuring the legitimacy of the establishment, and that they are adhering to grubhub restaurant partner standards.

  • Create and maintain multiple types of high-quality content to support Grubhub’s restaurant partners while upholding Grubhub style standards and department policies.

  • Review restaurant menus systematically for recurring errors, documenting data trends and using that data to make recommendations that improve restaurant performance.

  • Provide vendor management support and direction to our third-party partners that manage updates to restaurant profiles. Hold partners accountable to agreed upon SLA’s.

  • Manage restaurant onboarding cases & tickets (new restaurants or menu updates) and drive issues to resolution.

  • Identify and escalate workflow improvements to management with estimates of resources needed to achieve goals.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Associate's Degree or High school degree + equivalent experience preferred

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a data entry & reporting, customer service, or operations role; experience interacting with or managing vendors a plus

  • Technical Skills:

    • Working knowledge of Salesforce and reporting

    • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, filters, vlookups)

    • SQL knowledge is a plus

  • You have a deep understanding of the team, department & company goals and how your work directly impacts them

  • You have the ability to use data to proactively identify trends and make recommendations

  • You maintain consistent communication and liaise with both internal stakeholders and external partners;

  • You are a critical thinker with strong attention to detail

  • You have time management skills with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently

  • You think critically and creatively to prioritize and solve problems

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You build strong relationships and rapport with team members
