🌱 About the team

You’ll join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team, at the crossroads of Sales, Marketing, and Data. This team is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline and turning growth initiatives into scalable, repeatable processes. 🚀

We work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to:

  • Identify the right prospects and buying signals 🎯

  • Build efficient outbound and inbound strategies

  • Continuously improve performance through data, automation, and reporting 📊

As an intern, you won’t be “just supporting” the team. You’ll be embedded in day-to-day GTM operations and work on core systems and workflows that directly impact lead generation, sales efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

🌱 About the role

As a GTM Engineer Intern, you will help design and build the automated systems that power our revenue engine.

Your mission: transform GTM efforts into reliable, scalable, and data-driven processes.

This role sits at the intersection of data, automation, and business. 🧩

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Build and optimise automated workflows for lead generation, enrichment, and CRM updates

  • Improve reporting and dashboards used by GTM stakeholders

  • Troubleshoot data quality, enrichment, and integration challenges

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to translate business needs into scalable systems 🤝

You will contribute directly to pipeline performance and sales efficiency. This is a high-ownership internship with real impact on company growth..

🌱 Skills to succeed

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working at the intersection of data, systems, and business impact. We are looking for someone analytical, curious, and eager to understand how a modern GTM engine truly operates in a B2B SaaS environment.

You will do well if you:

  • Have a strong interest in data, automation, and GTM operations 🚀

  • Enjoy structuring messy information and turning it into clean, reliable systems 🧩

  • Have experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay, or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new tools

  • Understand CRM fundamentals such as leads, lifecycle stages, pipeline, routing, and attribution (HubSpot knowledge is a plus)

  • Feel comfortable building or analysing automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or similar platforms

  • Are confident using Google Sheets or Excel for data cleaning, logic building, and performance tracking 📊

  • Understand core revenue metrics such as pipeline generation, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI, and can connect technical work to business outcomes 📈

  • Communicate clearly and can explain technical decisions to Sales or Marketing stakeholders in a simple and structured way 🤝

You will stand out even more if you:

  • Have been exposed to Growth, RevOps, or Growth Engineering environments

  • Have experimented with AI tools or LLMs to improve workflows or data enrichment

  • Have worked in a startup or fast-moving B2B SaaS environment

  • Naturally think about scalability and long-term efficiency rather than one-off solutions
