About Unacast

Unacast is a global leader in location intelligence, transforming our understanding of human activity in the physical world. We leverage machine learning and AI to extract valuable, privacy-friendly insights from location data, delivering unique intelligence to companies across various industries. We're a thriving company with a strong client base, yet we maintain the startup spirit where your work truly makes an impact—join us as we enter an exciting phase of growth and innovation!

The Team

Our mission is to provide insights about locations that help our clients make informed decisions. As part of this mission, our team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and processing the right data sources. These data sources serve two primary purposes: 1) forming the foundational layer for our insights (e.g., maps, points of interest) and 2) enriching our understanding of locations with additional context (e.g., statistical data about inhabitants, land use classification, etc.).

Our team is based in Pilsen, Czechia, and we work closely with teams in Norway and the US. We operate in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration. We expect you to spend two days a week or more in the office in Pilsen, where we work, share meals, and even do yoga together.
