The Opportunity

Unacast is seeking a Customer Success Enablement Specialist who is a driven self-starter with a passion for customer education and engagement. The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and must be singularly driven by results.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver customer education programs, including webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Create and manage customer success content, such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify training needs and develop targeted educational programs.
  • Coordinate and lead 1-to-many customer engagement activities to enhance customer knowledge and usage of Unacast’s products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for customer success initiatives.
  • Monitor customer feedback and adjust educational content and programs based on their needs and insights.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success, enablement, or training role, ideally focused on software, data, or analytics products. Experience with location intelligence/geospatial data is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused, with a dedication to helping customers succeed.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform customer education programs.
  • Process-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills.

This a remote position that may require occasional travel. Preference for candidates who reside in the following states: CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, WV

We offer competitive salaries and benefits and unlimited PTO. The typical base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
