Join us!</div> <div> <br> <div> <b>About the Role</b> </div> <div>In short, we'd like you to lead our first flight program. This means both external and internal work. External facing efforts includes meeting with customers and partners. Internal facing work includes creating/tracking schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and team priorities. The best candidates for this position will have a can-do attitude and be willing to pitch in to help get things done. You might, for instance, be ready to pick up a broom and help clean if that's what was needed in the moment. In particular, we aspire to have leadership lift and support their team as their highest priority. You will have a tremendous impact on our culture!</div> <div> <br> <div> <br> <div> <b>Responsibilities</b> </div> <div>- Understand customer and partner needs and create corresponding roadmaps to achieve success</div> <div>- Create the schedule, budget, staffing plans and other infrastructure required to guide your team through all phases of the program</div> <div>- Help us create a culture where success means delivering a quality product with staff that feel supported by their leaders</div> <div>- Participate in company leadership meetings to brief status and help set priorities</div> <div>- Travel as needed to lead program meetings</div> <div> <br> <div> <br> <div> <b>About You</b> </div> <div>You’re a successful candidate if you are a giver, not a taker. You have an ability to make things happen. You are exceptional at several things, yet willing to take on efforts in areas of weakness.</div> <div> <br> <div> <br> <div> <b>Required Attributes</b> </div> <div>- Successful candidates will typically have a proven track record in space flight programs</div> <div>- You have the experience required to create and track your own schedule, budget, and other management products</div> <div>- You posses a deep appreciation and firm strategy for tracking and qualifying interfaces throughout your product</div> <div>- You must be able to serve as an outstanding representative of the company</div> <div> <br> <div> <br> <div> <i> <b>Bonus Points for</b> </i> </div> <div>- Experience with leading human space missions</div> <div>- Experience with cloud-based tools such as Confluence, SmartSheets, and Jira</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
