About Gravitics
Gravitics is enabling space stations without compromise, beginning with our giant StarMax orbital habitat. One StarMax module will add roughly half of the existing International Space Station’s habitable volume – in a single launch! We’ll be spooling up from there and we could use your help.
We have aspirational sights, pragmatic footsteps, a proven team who executes, and committed funding. Join us!
About the Role
We're looking for someone to run the facility where we build and handle spacecraft. A typical day for you will include keeping the building up to code, and making sure the facility is a safe and clean environment to work in. You will be in charge of our headquarters building. This could be a great job for you if you're a hands-on person who enjoys helping others operate efficiently and safely. This role is a 100% on-site role at our facility in Marysville Washington.

- Manage stock and inventory to support design, manufacturing, and test
- Oversee development and implementation of security, safety, and disaster recovery operations
- Work with government agencies to keep our facility up to code
- Handle and dispose of biological and/or chemical substances in accordance with policies and procedures
About You
You’re a successful candidate if you are a giver, not a taker. You have an ability to make things happen. You are exceptional at several things, yet willing to take on efforts in areas of weakness.
Required Attributes
- Strong computer skills; your tasks will require frequent and excellent documentation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Tremendous attention to detail
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work occasional holiday, weekend, and evening hours as needed
Bonus Points for
- 5+ years of facility and construction management

- Experience in heating and air-conditioning systems, building construction, and electrical systems
- Experience in aerospace organizations
- Experience and comfort in startups: here you’ll often be creating your processes, tools, and team as you go
