GrabAds is bringing to market new, first-of-a-kind advertising products. Encompassing both offline & online, you can see our ads platform at work on the outside and inside of vehicles and also in our app and eventually though audience extensions. Data is our foundation to grow user base and to offer an advertising solutions, whilst creating value for our users, drivers and merchant partners.
Get to Know the Role
As a Client Partner for GrabAds, you will help build multi-million dollar annual revenue generation by developing sales strategies for our unique advertising products. You will report to the Manager, and you will work fully on-site in Jakarta office. You will travel 50–70% of the time to regions in Eastern Indonesia.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop sales strategies that acquire new clients (60% of focus) and expand existing accounts (40% of focus) to meet annual revenue targets
- Use industry trends and data to pitch and secure GrabAds solutions (inc. Display Ads, Search, Paid Partnerships) in addressing specific client goals in the F&B and merchant business sectors
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and progress reporting
- Partner with teams—Marketing, Food/Mart, Express, and Fleet—to design integrated advertising solutions within Grab's ecosystem
- Translate campaign performance data into recommendations that improve client outcomes and promote renewals
- Create proposals that explain how Grab's Food and Mart platforms can support client campaign goals, including recommendations on inventory mix and ad formats
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years managing full sales cycles with clients in F&B, SMB, or merchant businesses.
- Track record in digital media sales with quota ownership.
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools to maintain accurate revenue projections and pipeline health
- Experience analyzing campaign metrics and translate data into recommendations to improve client campaign performance and secure renewals
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams to find integrated solutions.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, needed to adapt to the diverse personalities and communication styles of clients in outer region.
- Willingness to travel 50–70% to Eastern Indonesia—required for in-person client relationship management and market development in assigned regions
