Get to Know the Team
You will be a member of the Fleet Operations & Product team, responsible for supporting the expanding scale of our fleet supply with strategic fleet partners. We are the driving force behind designing fleet operations processes, managing driver operations, and ensuring optimal fleet utilization. By joining us, you will contribute to strategic projects to build reliable fleet supply and support sustainable business growth.
Get to Know the Role
The Fleet Operations and Process Improvement Associate drives operational excellence across our asset-light fleet ecosystem. You will design and improve end-to-end processes, analyze performance metrics, and manage driver operations and strategic partner relationships. This role is important to supporting our fleet expansion while refining our operational efficiency through data-driven process innovation. You will report directly to the Manager, Fleet Operations & Product and will be based onsite at our Bangkok office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Operations Excellence & Process Improvement: You will manage the end-to-end operational workflows to maximize fleet utilization. Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and execute improvement initiatives that enhance team operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: You will leverage data analytics to monitor key metrics including fleet utilization rates, collection efficiency, and driver productivity. Develop automated dashboards and reporting systems that translate complex datasets into clear performance insights and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Support: You will act as the coordinator between the key internal teams and fleet partners to provide actionable operational recommendations, standardize operational processes, and maintain partner relationships.
- Staff Management & Development: You will directly manage and mentor a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, high performance, and the achievement of team targets.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1+ year work experience in operations, process improvement, or fleet management
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI is a strong plus
- Very good proficiency in English
The Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with fleet management systems, or similar operational tools
- Prior work experience focused on fleet management, logistics operations, vehicle rental operations, and marketplace/platform operations
