Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Self-Serve Platform Growth Associate to drive merchant success, scale adoption of new merchant products, and lead product go-to-market (GTM) execution for Grab Food.
You will report to the Lead of Growth and work with regional and country teams to turn product strategies into measurable growth for our merchant base.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Drive merchant product adoption: Champion new merchant solutions and programs, driving adoption and sustained product usage through close collaboration with product, marketing, commercial, and operations teams.
- Be the product and merchant voice: Act as a subject matter expert on merchant products, consolidating feedback from merchants and country teams, and translating it into clear requirements and execution improvements.
- Use data to shape growth and programs: Track product and program performance, analyze merchant and market data, and design scalable programs and strategies that improve adoption, retention, and merchant Return on investment (ROI).
- Plan and execute GTM by owning end-to-end country GTM execution. You will define value propositions, crafting internal and external communications and training, aligning milestones with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing risks and blockers.
- Ensure operational excellence: Maintain standards in daily work, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across merchant-facing operations.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, eCommerce, tech, or B2B/Digital Marketing roles.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders across business, product, and operations.
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis (e.g. Excel, PowerBI or similar), with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, and action plans.
- Advanced English with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences across levels and functions.
