Job Description

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance on GrabFood.

  • Manage an account management team by leading, coaching, and supporting through technical & commercial knowledge, communication transparency, winning spirit, and performance acknowledgment.

  • Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants’ requirements.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Preferably at least 5-10 years of sales and account management experience in the FMCG or e-Commerce industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong internal and external selling and negotiation skills.

  • Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.

  • Strong organizational & analytical skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
