Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a B2B Commercial Solution Specialist who will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by developing and managing client relationships. You will report to the Head of Sales Solutions and work in a hybrid environment based in [Location]. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced and innovative setting, providing you with the platform to make a significant impact.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for GrabGifts and OVO products, leveraging their unique features to meet client needs.
  • Conduct market sizing and estimation for new projects to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Vertical & Marketing teams to update performance and project collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, performing competitor intelligence and product benchmarking.
  • Solutioning and liaising with related stakeholders to troubleshoot client queries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create in-depth analysis of each channel and Key Account Management (KAM) pipeline to assess coverage of target gaps.
  • Analyze the performance of GrabGifts and OVO special projects to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Project Management, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably in digital payments or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and project performance, with the ability to make coordinated business decisions based on data and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and people management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Google Workspace .
  • Proactive and passionate about making a positive impact in emerging markets, with a high level of adaptability in a fast-moving working environment.
  • Integrated personality with a result-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills that enable effective collaboration with people at all levels, motivating and empowering whenever necessary.
  • Experience in a top fast-paced company is advantageous.
