We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Enablement Manager to support the development and execution of enablement strategies for GrabFood and GrabMart solutions across six markets. Our team is on a mission to empower the Sales team by providing essential tools and resources to successfully navigate the evolving OneGrab journey. Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager for our Sales Enablement team. This strategic role is pivotal in enhancing sales proficiency and efficiency across the organisation. As a key player, you will develop and implement a vision for sales excellence, collaborate with various teams, and serve as a subject matter expert within the Sales Enablement vertical.

Key responsibilities include optimizing and executing sales programs, collaborating with commercial leads, developing educational initiatives, and managing product launches. The role demands strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to identify learning needs and assess the impact of enablement initiatives.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will develop and implement a strategic vision to enhance the sales proficiency of the Grab Food and Grab Mart Sales Teams by identifying learning needs and actively working towards improving efficiency, expertise, and impact. You will engage closely with the Sales Enablement COSE (Center of Sales Excellence) Lead and the Grab Food and Grab Mart teams across the region to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • You will act as the subject matter expert for Grab Food and Grab Mart within the Sales Enablement vertical, providing insights and guidance as needed. You will liaise with Commercial leads to identify sales packages and initiatives and prepare Go-To-Market (GTM) materials.
  • You will work with the Sales Enablement COSE Lead to scope, source, and develop educational programs in onboarding, sales methodologies, sales/account management, and product. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Merchants, Support, etc.) to build and deliver training and enablement needs.
  • You will project manage product launches, including driving alignment on phased rollouts and expectations between product and business, and providing executional support from frontline teams. You will use data to develop a detailed learning needs analysis and identify learning metrics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Engaging with the sales team will be crucial to understanding their challenges and mapping the solutions we have to empower them effectively.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in sales enablement, digital marketing/advertising/sales, product management, and/or management consulting.
  • You have experience in account management, sales, business development or training development (a plus).
  • You have a strong understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape to identify the product-market fit of our products and solutions.
  • You have strong operational and PMO skills, inspired by data to make data-driven decisions.
  • You have the ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders, sales leaders, and subject matter experts.
  • You have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution.
  • You have excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets.
