Get to Know the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Planning & Operations to support the development and execution of data, systems, and operational processes that power our GrabMart partnerships across Southeast Asia. This role will be hands-on in building data pipelines, managing system integrations, and coordinating partner operations, ensuring our retail partners (e.g., Jaya Grocer, Lotte, Robinsons) can operate as true omnichannel players.
This position is ideal for someone with a blend of technical integration experience and operational planning skills, who can bridge between internal product/tech teams and external retail partners.
This role reports to the Head of Planning & Operations and is fully onsite at the Singapore's One-north office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Support the setup of data pipelines and scraping tools to track marketplace and partner performance.
- Maintain operational dashboards that provide visibility into inventory flows, fulfilment status, and partner SLAs.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategy and day-to-day execution.
Systems Integration & Enablement
- Work with internal tech teams and external partners to support API and system integrations (POS, ERP, WMS, logistics systems).
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure accurate, real-time data flows between platforms.
- Document integration processes and contribute to playbooks for future partner onboarding.
Operational Support
- Assist in defining and rolling out commercial and logistics principles for onboarding brands and retailers.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Category teams to align operational readiness during new partner launches.
- Monitor ongoing operations and escalate issues that impact fulfilment or partner experience.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Support pilots for new technologies (e.g., IoT sensors, smart fulfilment tracking, cold chain monitoring).
- Contribute to evaluating vendor solutions and provide recommendations on suitability and scalability.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 6- 10+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, supply chain, or systems integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (POS, ERP, WMS) and hands-on experience with API integrations.
- Strong analytical and data skills; with experience in AI-enabled tools, proficiency in Excel/SQL or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage details while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
