Get to Know the Role
We are seeking a proactive City Associate to manage day-to-day operations for demand and supply in the Outer Surabaya area, specifically focusing on Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, and Lamongan. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and driving growth in these regions. You will directly report to the manager. You will based onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Oversee daily operations related to demand and supply in the assigned areas.
- Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for local issues and escalate concerns to management.
Kualifikasi
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operations management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the Outer Surabaya area.
