The Deliveries team is the central nervous system for one of Grab's fastest-growing verticals. We are the architects of growth, blending insight with a deep understanding of the market. Get to know the Role
As the Strategy Specialist for GrabMart & GrabExpress, you are the analytical engine of the team. You will support the strategic planning process by diving deep into data, monitoring performance, and helping to manage the execution of key growth initiatives.
You will report to the Head, Deliveries (Cambodia), onsite in our Cambodia office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Analytical Support: Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance to uncover key insights, support strategy formulation, and answer critical business questions.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to track the performance of GrabMart and GrabExpress against key metrics.
- Project Coordination: Assist the Assistant Manager in project management by tracking milestones, preparing status updates, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Insight Generation: Help prepare compelling presentations and documents that synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
Qualifications
TWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- You have at least 1+ years of experience in a roles such as business analyst, data analyst, or strategy analyst. Fresh graduates with exceptional internship experience and strong technical skills are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable and proficient in writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data from scratch.
- High proficiency in excel and/or Google Sheets is required.
