Our team takes a strategic and cross-functional approach to our work. Our core mission is to empower the sales team by providing them with all the necessary resources—from tools to training—so they can engage with buyers and succeed in closing deals.

Get to Know the Role

As a Sales Enablement Associate, you will enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization by standardizing processes, improving team productivity, and driving overall business impact through skill development. You will report to the Manager, and will work fully on-site in our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Creating and implementing sales enablement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Training & Coaching: Designing and delivering training programs, providing ongoing coaching to sales reps, and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Content Management: Developing, curating, and managing sales content, ensuring it's readily accessible and relevant.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implementing changes to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of enablement initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Tracking and analyzing the impact of enablement programs on sales performance and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Technology Management: Implement and manage sales technology solutions to support sales teams and enhance their productivity.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Expertise in modern sales processes and methodologies to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in leveraging sales technologies (CRM, Sales Intelligence) to drive efficiency and capture insights.
  • Adept at analyzing performance data to identify actionable opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
