Get to Know the Team
You will be a member of the Driver operations and Community team which is one the primary tasks of managing supply over 100K across the country. We have taken care of our drivers since day one and ensure "Best in class Driver platform experience". Work here is inter-disciplinary – a combination of strategy initiative, data analyzing and operation.
Get to Know the Role
As part of the Driver Operations and Community team, you'll help shape the experience of over 100,000 drivers nationwide. Our mission is to ensure that drivers receive the best platform experience and communication is at the heart of that. You will offer a dynamic blend of strategy, data, and operations, giving you hands-on exposure to end-to-end campaign execution. You will report to Senior Manager, Driver Management and work on site in Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Create communication on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs and social media to expand a company's communications in a way that achieves certain goals like traffic or product adoption.
- Develop communications requests/campaigns and delivery with given deadlines.
- Use communication tools and medium (in-app, SMS, social media, blog) for publishing communications/campaigns.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Fresh graduates with an educational background in Marketing, Creative, Communication, or a related field are welcome.
- Interesting in content creation, and able to write creative content both in Thai and English.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- This is paid internship, 2 months period.
