Get to Know the Team

The Regional Deliveries Strategy team drives key decisions that shape the future of Grab's Food and Mart businesses across Southeast Asia. We work with country teams, product, commercial, operations, and marketing to solve complex problems, launch strategic initiatives, and unlock growth across our markets.

Get to Know the Role

  • You'll play a key role in shaping the future of GrabMart, our on-demand groceries and essentials business. You'll lead regional strategic initiatives — from identifying growth opportunities to evaluating performance and designing actionable plans.
  • While your primary focus will be GrabMart, you may also contribute to other priority areas across the Deliveries business depending on evolving needs.
  • We're looking for a strategist with strong project management skills. If you're passionate about building and scaling digital businesses in Southeast Asia, this role is for you.
  • You will report to Head of Deliveries Strategy and work onsite at the Grab Singapore Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Identify growth opportunities and business gaps through data, research, and insights.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in areas like new business model exploration, category expansion, and profitability.
  • Develop regional roadmaps and align execution across country teams.
  • Communicate clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support broader strategic projects beyond GrabMart as needed.

Qualifications

  • You turn ideas into action — not just crafting smart plans, but driving them through to impact.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in Strategy-related roles.
  • A track record of structuring problems, driving cross-functional alignment, and executing high-impact initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, retailing, or marketplaces is a plus.
